1) Don't settle. Have a look around you
Before you can start to think about moving on, you have to assess where you are now.
Take a good look around. What do you like? What do you not like so much? That is your starting point.
2) Love yourself
Before you start cringing or reaching for the puke bucket…What you have to remember is, what you feel inside is what you project out to the world.
If you don’t love yourself, how can you expect others to?
If that seems too big, start by just liking yourself.
3) Set boundaries
Part of loving yourself, is being able to put yourself first. That doesn’t mean turning into a selfish swine. What it does mean is having the confidence in yourself to say no.
It also means, looking around you and deciding whether you are happy with the people you have surrounded yourself with.
4) Don't accept a less than brilliant life
Just because you are having fertility issues or facing a lifestyle without children, it doesn’t mean you have to settle for less.
Now you are ready to establish what you do want, make sure it’s nothing less than BRILLIANT!
5) Dream Big
So you could be facing a life without the dream that you have always had.
That doesn’t mean you can no longer dream big. You can put that drive into something else and still be fulfilled, purposeful and passionate and create new dreams.
So don’t keep yourself small! Think BIG!
6) Go for it!
What are you waiting for? Life doesn’t happen whilst you are sitting there, it will happen without you so get on with it!
