How often and how long are sessions?
In my experience, most people attend weekly sessions, but it all depends on where you feel you are, what support you feel you need and other time constraints you have. I’m happy to discuss your needs if you feel weekly isn’t for you.
Sessions are all 50 minutes, regardless of whether they are face to face or online.
How many sessions will I need?
I do offer short term counselling, but everyone’s requirements and needs are different, so I wouldn’t be able to say how long you will need the counselling for.

How do I use Zoom?
Zoom is very easy to use, but I can provide help and guidance in how to use this platform.
When you contact me, I provide a guide which walks you through how to use it and in our initial session I will be able to answer any questions or concerns.
What availability do you have?
Presently, I offer sessions on the following days and times.
Monday (not including bank holidays) – 8am until 11am, 1pm until 5pm and 7pm to 8pm
Tuesday – 1pm or 5pm
Wednesday – 2pm until 8pm
